Really hard to get an appointment apparently. Called on the only two days I have off a week for 3 weeks before they could squeeze me in for my 5 min cut. Other than that, great place.

I want to preface this by saying that the stylists are good at this place but priorities need changed... This place was always a staple for my family to get haircuts.....we always were a walk in customer and were accepted. Now, walk in customers don't matter, walk in customers money doesn't matter there. Even though they have a sign on the door that says walk-ins are welcome but they prioritize appointments first...all fine and good but don't falsely advertise and not prioritize time or at least one stylist to do walk-ins. How difficult is it to prioritize one or two days during the week to accept walk-ins for families that do not have time to make appointments. I would agree if it was larger families for them to make appointments or a group but still prioritize the time for individuals that dont have time to make appointments. Does that cut into social time? That's fine.....this place picks and chooses whose money is acceptable so we will take the business elsewhere.
I had curly hair that was probably 7-8 inches long when I went in. I sat down and asked for 1 inch off and some layering. She started by cutting my bangs very short without asking me, then unevenly cutting off hair, when I thought she was almost done she had cut off probably 3 inches and said she wanted to "shape" my hair more, so she did. I ended up with an uneven haircut that is now about 1-2 inches long. She just cut off a majority of my hair when all I wanted was a trim. I don't know how she is allowed to cut hair.
